Advanced Fabrication of miRNA-Based Electrochemical Nanobiosensor for Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

چکیده

Early diagnosis is the key to easy, low cost, and effective treatment of breast cancer. Therefore, studies have been accelerated identify cancer diagnostic biomarkers diagnose before it progresses. The use miR-155 as a potential biomarker in cancer, which has different levels at stages disease, provides simple serological test for prognosis/diagnosis, follow-up, treatment. Nanopolymers containing functional groups that are formed by thiol affinity technique were synthesized mini emulsion polymerization method advanced characterization carried out this study be used bioactive layers nanobiosensor system miRNA detection. working conditions electrochemical nanopolymers optimized. Analytical measurement characteristics validation determined analysis was performed on commercial blood serum. developed biosensor medical kit explained comparing with currently detection miR-155. This novel provide sensitive, reliable, rapid can early diagnosis, prognosis, follow-up.
